Well, I finally got around to watching this movie last night or at least finishing it. I've been working on getting through it for about a year now. I think I was just a little intimidated by the by the thing. It's one of those movies were you actually have to pay attention to what's going on the surroundings... It's a very atmospheric type of movie and that's where you get most of the information on the storyline and what's happening. I actually kind of like that, it's not often that you see that in mainstream movies though it does challenge the attention span.
The casting on this movie was really good too. There is an interrogation scene with Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy and it was actually really amazing to watch those two actors feeding off each other. I guess it goes without saying that in my opinion I have yet to see a movie that either of those two actors have been in that I really didn't that I didn't really like their characters.
Anyways enough of that I'm going to kick back and enjoy my lunch watching the wind rustling through the palm trees. Anyways I think I'm going to try to get through Girl With The Dragon Tattoo tonight but I guess we'll see about that. I'm still trying to make up my mind if I want to see the Scandinavian version first or go with Daniel Craig and not to mention I don't know if I'll be in the mood for that kind of intensity. I may have to just find another raccoon special like the one I watch Sunday night just to keep it light and all.
